Your hair is our priority

 
  • To respect the time of both our clients our staff, we ask you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a $20 fee added to your next appointment.

  • In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 50% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments equal being banned from the salon.

  • If you are feeling unwell, are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have had known contact with a person who has tested positive with Covid-19, we ask that you please cancel your appointment and reschedule after a 14-day period. We thank you for your cooperation!

  • •Clients are required to wear a face mask for the entire duration of their appointment.

    •Guests of clients who do not have an appointment will not be permitted inside.

    •No extra bags or luggage will be permitted inside.

    •No children will be permitted inside.

    •No food, eating, or snacking in the shop.

  • Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

  • •Pricing on all services may vary according to length and texture of the hair.

    •All retail products may be exchanged within 7 days.

    •We do not issue refunds. We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. however, if you’re not satisfied with any service performed please contact us within 7 days so we can visually inspect your hair and gladly correct it.

    •Due to the nature of non permanent colors (including but not limited to; pink, blue, red, yellow, purple...) Mode Salon is not responsible for the bleeding or washing out of color and are not responsible for any damage caused to clothing.

    •For certain large services we may require a non-refundable $50 deposit.

    •We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
